Yeah, so not much blogging going on here. Nothing personal just don't feel like I've had much to say really. I have (hopefully) some free lessons today so will spend the time pontificating about life and its various meanings! More soon

Hello Well I saw the sea this weekend! It was second leg of youthwork the conference. this time it was a beautiful southern setting, still CRAZY weather but all OK. Was fun to catch up with a few people, including the great and wise Hickford. Also got to witter on for a bit about spiritual parenting, about heroes and about telling stories! Am quite glad its over though.. Luton people.. I'm back. Come and say hello!

I have blog guilt, because I haven't blogged. I think its a bit like gym guilt except without detoning your stomach muscles. My excuse is that I'm tired- not just a bit yawny tired either. I'm tired in the way that makes you think you can make your car slow down by turning down the stereo. The way that makes you grumpy with your kids (students), so much so that you burst a blood vessel in your hand trying to get their attention. tired in the way that means you could laught hysterically or cry in teh same breath! But end of busy tunnel is nigh! Will see you when I get there!

On why a student chose Diana Princess of Wales for a project. "... also she was the first woman to touch someone with the HIV virus." Ahhh, the power of celebrity.

I sat down and wept. Amazing! That a God who walked only as a man in the dust of Palestine would make this in such intricate beauty. Would take so much time over it. Would make so much of it. Wonderful.

Not sure what this will look like on screen but it was the view out the car window as we drove in from the airport yesterday. The snow covered Rockies in the distance, beautiful big skies- I like Canada already! Managed to stay up last night to stop crazy jet lag, and went out for a big big breakfast this morning before wandering down by the river. Its gloriously sunny and that beautiful crispy cold air! I'm off to the mountains tomorrow for a couple of days. I;m really looking forward to some more beauty and some space to write.. (started writing on teh plane yesterday, it felt really good!)

The last bell is about to go! I just have to give my year tens some final bits and pieces on Jack The Ripper. Then I leave this merry place, ready for a week of snow, nice coffee and rest! Woo hoo.. (mind you I do have to negotiate the year tens first!!)
